Our approach to business is to provide all of our customers the best quality parts at the competitive prices. We offer individualized service to each of our customers. Having multiple warehouses provides us with the capacity to stock a great number of items.
We provide free newsletters and a blog which to inform our customers on different areas and service items for their coach. For example, we have a newsletter solely on 50DN alternators. These newsletters are available for instant download in PDF format.
Bus Service, Inc. began in a small warehouse in Miami, FL. We have previously owned a bus company interlining with Greyhound across various routes in Texas. At the time, we had Eagle and GMC coaches in our fleet. While there, we serviced and repaired MCI and Prevost coaches for other companies.
Once we opened our warehouse in Miami, we were consistently refining and building our inventory. We then began to stock “hard to find” items for older coaches or parts that were considered “no longer available”. With that, we now have a cross-section of new “old” parts.
We have been in northwest Kansas for 12 years. While we no longer service coaches, we still sell parts for a vast majority of coaches in service today. If you don’t see a part listed, call us. We will source items that we do not have in stock.

In addition to the staff listed below, we have a team of service professional out in the field. They can and will give service support via phone during regular working hours.
