How are orders shipped?

Merchandise is shipped via USPS or UPS. When we ship using USPS, we ship using Priority Mail. This enables us to provide you with a tracking number. Orders that are requested to be shipped via UPS, are shipped as per customer instructions for service needed such as ground, 2nd day air or next day air. All freight charges are prepaid and added to the customer invoice.

What is the return policy?

Our basic return policy is that a purchase can be returned only with prior approval. It must be returned unused and in the original condition at time of sale. Any part that is special ordered will not be returnable.

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we do ship overseas and to P.O. boxes. All freight is prepaid by us and billed to the customer.
